WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Escape rooms are interactive themed rooms where teams work together towards a common goal. If you and your friends enjoy collaborating, problem solving and racing against the clock, then our escape rooms will be your new favorite activity!
You will be given a mission and placed into a themed game where you must explore to find hints, clues and solve puzzles. If you search hard enough, and you follow the breadcrumbs, you can figure out pass codes, open lock, find hidden compartments and ultimately ESCAPE!
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES AND DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S' PRICES?
We charge $27 per person, per experience.
We do not have separate children’s pricing, but children 6 and under are free. If you have children that are 6 or under.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING TO PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM COVID-19?
All of our rooms are now private. So you will only be in a group with the people you came with. We have also increased the amount of time between rooms to ensure proper disinfection. Additionally, we will be providing hand sanitizer and there is antibacterial hand soap available in our restroom to wash your hands. All employees will be wearing masks and maintaining a 6 foot distance from customers. We do recommend participants to wear a mask, but are not requiring they do so.
WILL I BE PAIRED WITH ANOTHER GROUP?
All rooms are private at the moment. Meaning the only people in your group will be the ones you came with.
ARE YOUR ROOMS SCARY?
We wouldn’t classify our rooms as “scary.” We do have some rooms with “jump scares,” but if you can handle a haunted house, you can handle our rooms. We do not have any actors in our current rooms that interact with you.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE GAME?
All of our rooms are 1 hour long, but the entire process including the pre-game speech, waivers and debrief takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS TO ATTEND?
We do not have age restrictions for participation. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the room.
Participants 17 years or younger must have an adult that is at least 18 years old to sign them in. We require at least one adult stay on premises in case there are any issues during the game.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE
Please arrive by the stated reservation time. In order to keep groups from overlapping in our lobby, we will only be allowing one group in at a time. To make sure that all groups can start on time, we need all customers to arrive when scheduled.
IF I'M LATE, CAN I STILL PLAY?
If you arrive after your scheduled start time, we cannot put you into your room. This would disrupt the game for other players and negatively affect the schedule for the rest of the shows. We can reschedule bookings if you cannot make it (SCHEDULE PERMITTING). Call us if you cannot make your reservation time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION FOR A REFUND
We have a strict no refund policy. We can reschedule your reservation or issue you a store credit on you account to be used at a future date. Please note that if you are calling to reschedule your reservation less than 24 hours before your start time, there will be a 3% rescheduling fee applied to your reservation.
HOW MANY PEOPLE PLAY AT ONCE?
Each room varies, see below for maximum allowances:
The Train = Up to 10 people
The Prospect = Up to 7 people
The Estate = Up to 10 people
If you purchase less than the room’s capacity, be prepared to share the room with other guests. Sharing the room can make the experience more fun! We often join other groups when we go play at other establishments!
WHAT IF I HAVE A GROUP LARGER THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THE ROOM?
Management may make rare exceptions, but we strongly advise against it as teh games and the rooms were designed according to the set capacity. We are more than happy to help your group split between rooms as well. Sometimes it is fun to have each group complete a challenge and then switch rooms to see who can get the vest times!
WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
No. we have an emergency exit in every room that is not locked for safety purposes.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE OR CAN I PAY WHEN I GET THERE?
We do require prepayment to hold the reservations. If you wish to pay cash, you can come to the shop in advance and we will be happy to assist you in making the reservation.
