WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Escape rooms are interactive themed rooms where teams work together towards a common goal. If you and your friends enjoy collaborating, problem solving, and racing against the clock, then our escape rooms will be your new favorite group activity!
You will be given a mission and placed into a themed room where you must explore to find hints, clues and solve puzzles.. If you search hard enough, and you follow the breadcrumbs, you can figure out pass codes, open locks, find hidden compartments, and ultimately ESCAPE!
ARE YOUR ROOMS SCARY?
We wouldn’t classify any of our rooms as “scary”. Without giving anything away, we will say that we decorate our rooms to give a realistic feel towards the theme, but we do not have any actors in our current rooms that jump out at you.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE GAME?
All of our games are 1 hour long, but the entire process including the pre-game speech, waivers and debrief takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS TO ATTEND?
We do not have age restrictions for participation. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants 17 years or younger must be accompanied by at least one adult that is at least 18 years old, and must each bring both of the following with them:
1. A copy of our liability waiver signed by THEIR parent or guardian.
*ANY MINORS WHO DO NOT HAVE THESE TWO ITEMS WITH THEM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE*
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to fill-out paperwork and listen to our tips and safety speech. DO NOT BE LATE, if you arrive late your tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled.
IF I’M LATE, CAN I STILL PLAY?
If you arrive after your scheduled start time (the time slot you have booked), we cannot put you into your room. This would disrupt the game for any other players and negatively affect the schedule for the rest of the shows. We can reschedule bookings if you cannot make it(SCHEDULE PERMITTING). Call us if you cannot make your reservation time and we will do our best to accommodate you. No refunds are issued for same day cancellations.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION FOR A REFUND.
We have a strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION/NO REFUND policy. In order to receive a refund you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?
Each room varies, see below for maximum allowances:
The Train = Up to 10 people, Click here to purchase tickets and reserve your time.
Dracula’s Castle = Up to 7 people, Click here to purchase tickets and reserve your time.
The Prospect = Up to 7 people, Click here to purchase tickets and reserve your time.
The Test = Minimum of 4 people and up to 8 people, Click here to purchase tickets and reserve your time.
if you purchase less than the room’s capacity, be prepared to share the room with other guests. Sharing the room can actually make the experience more fun.
WHAT IF I HAVE A GROUP LARGER THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF THE ROOM?
In this case management may make rare exceptions, but we strongly advise against it as the games and the rooms were designed according to the set capacity.
WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
Yes, the exit door will actually be locked. However, there is an “Emergency Door Key” near the exit door that you or any member of your team may use to leave the room in case of an emergency.
CAN I PLAY IF I’M PREGNANT?
We leave this up to your discretion. If you do decide to visit us while pregnant, please make sure to make your host aware of your pregnancy before your game begins so that we may make special accommodations if needed.
ARE THE ROOMS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, all of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. There are small portions of some rooms that are not accessible for those in wheelchairs, but you will still be able to complete the game and enjoy yourself.
WHAT DO I GET IF MY TEAM COMPLETES THE GAME AND ESCAPES?
BRAGGING RIGHTS! All teams that win also have their picture taken with the “WE ESCAPED” sign to prove to their family and friends that they did indeed win the game.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE OR CAN I PAY CASH WHEN I GET THERE?
Due to instances where people make reservations to pay cash and are no call no shows, we require all reservations to be prepaid in order to reserve your spot. However, if cash is you’re only option, we can accept full payment in advance in order to secure your ticket time. Please call 530-600-3882 to schedule your appointment.
I AM PLANNING A PARTY, WHAT SERVICES DO YOU GUYS OFFER?

I WANT TO HAVE A PRIVATE ROOM FOR MY FRIENDS ONLY, BUT WE DON’T FILL UP ALL THE SLOTS, IS THIS DOABLE?
The only way to get the room privately is to purchase all the tickets available. All remaining tickets remain available for sale.
I GOT A GIFT VOUCHER AS A PRESENT, HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
Your gift voucher should come with a code. To redeem the voucher enter the code into the PROMO CODE section of our checkout screen. It will automatically apply the gift voucher to your purchase.
DO YOU GUYS SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES THAT I CAN GIFT TO A FRIEND?
Yes we do! On the Home screen of our website, there is an option to purchase gift vouchers. Our vouchers are for admission and have the option of being for 1 person and up to 10 person vouchers. The voucher will be emailed to you to be given to your friend.
